Heads up: The fall colors on County Road 2 between Upsala and Grey Eagle are already looking great.
2. Oktoberfest Celebrations
Different events happening at various breweries and wineries are great, but also being able to pick up a six-pack of Oktoberfest style beer is pretty nice too. Fall is great.

4. Haunted Attractions
Molitor's Haunted Acres, Harvest of Horror Hayride, Trail of Terror, 'tis the season for scares!
5. Homecoming
Fall means football, and with that comes homecoming celebrations and games for both high schools and colleges in the area. Go team!
6. Sweater Weather
Those chunky sweaters, jackets, flannel, and boots can all come out of storage now that it is officially fall.
7. Pumpkin desserts
Pumpkin bars, pumpkin bread, pumpkin pie, pumpkin spice lattes, pumpkin cookies. Yum x1000.

I get really into Halloween parties and costuming. Last year I put together and eight-person group costume. Who doesn't love dressing up and having a good time?

The crisp cool evening fall air is the perfect match for a crackling camp fire. Wrap up in a cozy blanket and enjoy.
10. Crock Pot Season!!!!!!!
