The weekend will be here before we know it, and if you like amateur hockey, the St. Cloud area has a few options for you to enjoy. Regretfully, this weekend there is only one home game scheduled between the St. Cloud Norsemen and the Granite City Lumberjacks. Here's what the weekend looks like for both teams.

Lumberjacks Look To Stack More W's

The Granite City Lumberjacks remain undefeated in the 2026-2027 season, and the Jacks are playing just one home game this weekend. The Lumberjacks will start off on Friday night in Willmar, taking on the Warhawks in a game that is scheduled to start at 7:10.

The Warhawks enter the game with a 3-2 overall record and are sitting in 4th place in the West Division.

Saturday night, the Lumberjacks are back at the Miller Buick GMC Rink on the Benton County Fairgrounds. The 'Jacks are taking on the Minnesota Vulcans, which are in 2nd place in the West with a 3-1-1 record.

Puck drop on Saturday night is scheduled for 7:30 p.m.

St. Cloud Norsemen Looking To Keep Their Momentum

The Norsemen split the weekend series with the Aberdeen Wings last weekend, getting the 'W' on Saturday night, winning 8-5. The Norsemen are looking to keep that winning momentum on the road as they head out to Minot to take on the Minotauros.

Both games start at 7:35 p.m. on Friday and Saturday night.

The Minotauros are currently sitting in 2nd place in the Central with an overall record of 7-2.

St. Cloud comes back home to the MAC the following weekend, October 23rd and 24th, as they host Bismarck.
