After Nearly 20 Years This St. Cloud Tattoo Shop Has Closed
After nearly two decades in business, a St. Cloud tattoo shop has closed its doors for good. Olde Town Tattoo announced on social media Monday night. The shop was named Minnesota's best tattoo shop by a Twin Cities television station in 2014. Here's what we know about the closure.
Olde Town Tattoo Closes
According to a post on social media on Monday night, Olde Town Tattoo, which was located at 16 21st Ave SE in St. Cloud, is officially closed. The social media post goes on to thank its past customers, as well as let its followers know where they can find artists who were associated with the shop.
After nearly 20 years, we’ve made the tough decision to close Olde Town Tattoo. A HUGE thank you to all of the customers that have trusted us with their projects over the years! A very special thanks to all the artists that have worked with us over the years as well!
We’re all relocating to different shops in the area, though! Please reach out to your artist on their social media pages for info on their new homes.
Why Did The Shop Close?
It appears the closure had more to do with the landlord looking at selling the building the tattoo shop is in.

For those looking at getting some ink in the St. Cloud area, there are lots of options, including The Widows Peak, Cream City, Wing Nut, and others. You can see a quick listing of other businesses offering tattooing here.
