We all know that there are cameras everywhere and sometimes they give us proof that kids can truly be cruel. This video has surfaced and gone viral. You are not going to believe what these kids say to this 68 year old woman.

This all went down in Rochester, NY where grandmother of eight, Karen Klein was brought to tears by several teens and pre-teens who bullied her on the school bus. This lady works for the school district and her job is to sit on the bus as a monitor and make sure the kids aren't jumping around or being too loud for the driver. She makes less than $25,000 a year. What she doesn't get paid for is taking the type of abuse being dished out by these brats.

The video was taken by one of the kids on the bus and posted for the world to see just how "cute" they are. What it shows is just how evil they truly are. In it, they call this poor lady every name in the book, drive her to tears and continue to berate her until their ride is over.

I was bullied as a kid. I was tormented on the bus. I was ridiculed in class. I was harassed at home. I cried almost every day because of how badly my classmates had spoken to me during the day. My heart truly breaks for this poor lady and anyone who has been on the receiving end of abuse. I know what it feels like to be called fat. I know what it feels like to be called filthy, awful names and let me tell you, it hurts to be treated like this.

Mom and Dad always said "sticks and stones will break your bones, but words will never hurt you." That may be true in the physical sense, but I tell you, there were days I would have rather been beaten for 10 minutes than take the verbal abuse that was being handed out to me in class, in the halls, in the lunchroom, in the gym, on the playground and on the bus. Words do hurt. Words will leave permanent scars on your soul. Words will make you believe that you are worthless and words will even drive you to the point that you contemplate ending it all.

We hear about a teen taking their own life because of being bullied and yet, we don't do anything. We stand by and allow adults and children to berate someone because they are different and we say nothing. We watch in horror for a few minutes and think, wow, that's really bad yet turn around and belittle someone we feel doesn't deserve to have our respect. Then we sit back and say how bad we feel that someone killed themselves because of a bully. The question I have is... What are YOU doing to stop it? What are YOU doing to make sure your kid isn't the bully? And what are you doing to make sure your kid isn't thinking about ending their life because of the crappy day they had at school?

I haven't seen too many videos that show actual bullying taking place, so I'm glad this video has come to light so you can see just how bad it is when they start ganging up on someone. This just happens to be a grandmother, imagine what this type of bullying would do to a 1o year old?

I want you to watch this video. I want you to hear what these kids are saying to this grown woman and just think about what your kids are saying to their class mates or their "friends". I want you to talk to your kids about the words they say and how important it is to choose your words carefully. I want you to set an example for your kids. I want you to look at yourself and figure out if you are bully. If you are, change yourself - then tell your kids that you have changed and expect them to be the example for their peers.

CAUTION: The following video contains VERY foul language. View at your own discretion.

Now that you are shocked that something like this could happen, I want you to consider this... These are MIDDLE SCHOOL KIDS! These kids are under 14 and treating a grandmother like this! If that doesn't outrage you, then you really should check to see if you are a human being.

Once this video was posted, a concerned citizen in CANADA of all places, set up a fund to help Karen take a nice, relaxing vacation. The goal was $5000. In just a few days they have already raised almost $300,000.

Now I want you to hear Karen after this event came to light. Listen to her, I mean really listen to her. You can still hear how hurt she is.

Again I say, this is an adult woman who knows how cruel kids can be, yet she still is truly hurt by the things said by these idiots. Can you imagine how bad a kid would feel after being tormented like this?
