Parents taking their kids with to run errands, be aware of some changes to an area store.

Menards stores across America and including the St. Cloud store are now longer allowing kids under the age of 16 or pets in the store due to the COVID-19 crisis. Kids looking to be younger than 16 will be asked to show identification. Service dogs will still be welcome.

Menards has also adjusted their store hours to 6 am - 8 pm Monday - Saturday and 8 am - 7 pm on Sundays.

These changes are meant to keep people safe, and I'm sure are coming from a place of care and caution for shoppers and employees. The less people in the building the better for social distancing purposes. They are doing what they can to try to flatten the curve and stop the spread of this virus, and yes it may be an inconvenience to some, but the goal is to keep everyone as healthy as possible.
