St. Cloud Band Gearing Up to Take the Main Stage at Moondance Jammin Country
There is going to be some major central Minnesota Representation at Moondance Jammin Country in Walker this June. St. Cloud band Mason Dixon Line will be opening the main stage on Friday of the festival, setting the tone for the following acts Ned LeDoux, Jo Dee Messina, and Neal McCoy.
This is no small task, but one that I know this band can handle with ease. The band was formed in 2018 by brothers Justin and Jason Ploof, and they are joined by fellow talented musicians Tony Mazzone and Micah Barrett:
The band focuses on a live show that brings their audiences the biggest hits of the 1960's, 1970's, 1980's and 1990's by country music Hall of Famers and icons. The group has been the supporting act for some of Country music’s biggest names, including Tanya Tucker, John Michael Montgomery, Sawyer Brown, Craig Morgan and many more!
I got to briefly catch up with Justin Ploof this week as he and the guys get ready for their big show at Moondance Jammin Country next Friday. Justin shared information on their setlist plans for the show, what it was like finding out they were going to play the main stage, and we even put out something in the universe that we'd like to see happen when they perform next week.
I'm looking forward to seeing one of my favorite local bands on one of the biggest stages in country music in Minnesota this summer. Check out the interview below, and get your tickets for Moondance Jammin Country Fest in Walker June 17-19th.
