My Mystery Gift Giver Strikes Again [PHOTOS]

I've told you about how I keep finding random little things on my desk every once in awhile. The first time I found something on my desk was about two months ago--it was a cookie sandwich. The second thing I found on my desk was a random cow shaped stress ball. Then, someone left hummus and a Chipotle business card.

Things started to quiet down for awhile and I thought the gift giving was over. But, when I sat at my desk yesterday morning I noticed THIS;

I'm not sure if multiple people are doing this, or if it's just one person, but I haven't been able to get to the bottom of it. It's kind of driving me crazy! I just want to know who you are!
