A New Lime Flavor From Busch Light Just In Time For Summer
A new flavor of Busch Light is on the way to Minnesota, as well as the rest of the country. After the success of reviving Busch Light Apple this spring, and Busch Light fans having the option of getting Peach, the beer maker is bringing something new to beer coolers across Central Minnesota....Busch Light Lime.
According to a press release from Busch Light, the flavor of this new beer, is like others, where you get the flavor right away, in this case lime, followed by "a clean beer finish on the back."
Same Success As Apple & Peach?
Busch Light is looking to expand upon its recent success of adding fruit flavors to its products. Busch Light has seen past success with Apple, and, more recently Peach.
Busch Light is excited about it:
“We’re kicking off this summer with our second seasonal drop so our fans can enjoy camping and post-hikes with their favorite cold, smooth beer in hand,” said Krystyn Stowe, Head of Marketing, Busch Family & Natural Family at Anheuser-Busch. “Between Busch Light Lime’s debut and the return of Busch Light Apple, 2025 is the summer of flavor, and our fans love our fruit-forward flavored beers. Listening to our fans and bringing them the innovations they want is our top priority.”
What To Have It With?
One of my favorite things to add to a Busch Light Peach or a Busch Light Apple is a little bit of Fireball, it makes them taste like a cobbler, so GOOD! So now I'm wondering what I can pair with a Lime?

I don't think the cinnamon flavor of Fireball will pair with the lime, but maybe a dash of coarse margarita salt on the rim of the can?
I'm going to be on the hunt for the green cans as they should be hitting beer coolers within the next week, and I'd love to know what you think about the new flavor.
