Winter Weather Advisory Today

The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Weather Advisory in effect until 6 PM this evening for portions of central Minnesota -- including Stearns, Benton, and Sherburne counties.

Light to occasionally moderate snow will spread across Minnesota today. Accumulations of 3 to 4 inches are expected. Plan on slippery road conditions for the evening commute.

From the National Weather Service this morning: Widespread 2-4 inches of snowfall is expected today with isolated accumulations of up to 5 inches possible. Sunday and Monday will be very cold!
