Snow will develop across Minnesota mid to late morning, with totals expected to range
from 3 to 5 inches in central Minnesota. The snow could turn to freezing drizzle for a time before ending this evening.

Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the evening commute. The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken.

From the National Weather Service this Morning: Expect Snow to begin Tuesday morning and continue through the afternoon. There is a chance for freezing drizzle Tuesday evening. Much colder Wednesday into the next weekend with wind chills in between 15 to 30 below zero possible Tuesday night and Wednesday morning.
