Winter Weather Advisory for This Afternoon & Tonight

The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Weather Advisory in effect from 1:00 this afternoon through 1 AM tonight for portions of Central Minnesota including Stearns, Benton, Sherburne, Morrison, and Mille Lacs Counties for snow and ice accumulation.

From the National Weather Service this morning: Snow will develop this afternoon in central Minnesota. Another round of snow will develop later tonight and continue into early Tuesday evening before tapering off. The snow may be heavy at times. In addition, winds gusting as high as 35 mph could cause some blowing and drifting snow.
