The National Weather Service has issued a Wind Chill Warning in effect from midnight tonight through noon Sunday for portions of central Minnesota -- including Stearns, Douglas, Kandiyohi, Meeker, Pope, and Todd counties.

Dangerous wind chills of -35° to -40° are expected in the warning area, including St. Cloud.

A Wind Chill Advisory is in effect to the east of the warning area, including Benton, Mille Lacs, Morrison, Sherburne, and Wright counties -- as well as the Twin Cities metro area for wind chills ranging from -25° to -35°.
