Trick-or-Treating

"Now, You see a lot of memes out there ripping on younger generations being soft. Wearing helmets. Playing vids. Afraid of this or that. But you know what, we’re their parents. We’re the softies."

In all honestly, nothing could possibly be scarier than what 2020 has already put us through.

Who knew a night full of kids running door to door asking for candy would come with so many rules.

I'm striving for "allergen friendly" candy this year. Partly because it makes trick or treating easier for kids and parents, but mainly because they tend to be the 'better' candies in my opinion.

When else can you go door to door asking for candy?! Here are a few of the problems Minnesota kids face when Halloween rolls around every year.

I grew up in Long Prairie, Minnesota and because of it I feel like I was ripped off of a good trick-or-treating experience.

This comes up every year and I'm just curious how old you think is too old to go out trick-or-treating?

Trick-or-treating was always the highlight of my Halloween--that was until I realized I was getting too old for it.
