When country’s finest return to Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena to film this year’s ‘CMA Country Christmas’ special on November 10, there will be some familiar faces on stage — starting with the event’s host.

As she did last year, Sugarland‘s Jennifer Nettles will emcee the evening, which finds country stars sharing personal stories and performing some of their favorite holiday songs.

“I love holiday traditions and am so excited to add hosting ‘CMA Country Christmas’ to my new list of traditions now!” Nettles said. She added, “I’m gonna have to up my game this second time around, so I’m putting Brad and Carrie on speed dial for hosting emergency consulting services!”

“Brad and Carrie,” of course, refers to Brad Paisley and Carrie Underwood, who will be doing their own repeat performance as hosts of the CMA Awards the night before. Paisley was one of last year’s ‘CMA Country Christmas’ performers, though no lineup has been announced for this year’s event.
