Snow Thursday, then Back to the Deep Freeze
The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Weather Advisory for all of Central Minnesota in effect from midnight tonight through Noon Thursday. 1 to 3 inches of snow and blowing snow is expected causing slippery road conditions.
Following the snow, we'll see a return to the deep freeze with temperatures falling throughout the day tomorrow -- with single-digit highs through next Tuesday.
From the National Weather Service this Morning: A Winter Storm Watch continues for portions of south central Minnesota and west central Wisconsin late tonight through Thursday. The watch has been upgraded to a Winter Weather Advisory elsewhere. Highs this afternoon will reach the 40s over much of the area, but temperatures will fall into the single digits 24 hours later.
