Should St Cloud Let Parking Violators Pay Fines In School Supplies?

IT'S TIME TO PAY UP...WITH SCHOOL SUPPLIES?

If you live in Las Vegas and get a parking ticket; you'll be able to pay your fines for a limited time, with school supplies!

School supplies are in great demand for families that don't have a lot of income. How can we make sure that teachers and students have the supplies they need this coming school year?

PARKING METER VIOLATORS; BRING PENCILS AND PAPER

Surely....in downtown St. Cloud we could gather a good bunch of school supplies. I mean really....we might as well keep it light and fun for a few days, right? How many times have you put money in the WRONG meter? How many times have you TOTALLY forgot to put ANY money in the meter?

Well...I've only done it twice that I know of...Once when I first moved here, and just the other day, I ran into Jule's Bistro and totally forgot that there was a meter there! I was with the boys eating lunch, and realized after about 20 minutes, that we didn't pay! I did run back out and throw some change in there, but you know that feeling of..."OMG!" I hate that.

So what do you think? If we had to pay speeding tickets with school supplies; now THAT would be something!
