There are 7 states that you can carry a gun out in the open and Minnesota happens to be one of them.  In order to have your gun exposed it must be unloaded but you can carry a full magazine just as long as it is exposed too.  Most people that open carry love the attention they get from law enforcement .  This is a perfect example of a police officer that knows the law and handles the situation just right.
