Peanut Butter and Banana Popsicles [VIDEO]

Last week, I made coffee popsicles and they were a big hit. So, I thought I would try making peanut butter and banana popsicles.

I love the taste of peanut butter and banana together. It's great on toast, it's great in a smoothie and banana bread with peanut butter on it is a real tasty treat, so I thought that a peanut butter and banana popsicle would be worth a shot.

I used five big bananas, which was too much.

Then I added seven tablespoons of creamy peanut butter.

I blended it until it was thick and smooth...

...and spooned them into the molds.

It was WAY messier than it should have been. I had the mixture all over the counter and it was pretty much a giant sticky mess.

They were in the molds overnight and when I went to take them out, they were a real pain. I even broke one of the plastic sticks. So, was it all worth it? Watch.
