Saturday was a fun day for me. Not only did I get to go to my first Wild game, I also stopped by Blackstack Brewing in St. Paul before the game.

Parking was easy, and what a place! Wide open spaces, with tables, living room furniture, food trucks, beers, espressos, and food.They had a great menu of brews to try, an espresso bar featuring coffees, chai tea, black tea and many more from True Stone Coffee of St. Paul. They also had a great selection of pastries, croisssants, sandwiches and salads from Patisserie 46 Pastries and Nelson Cheese and Deli.

If you were still looking for something different to eat, they also had food trucks parked out front. Saturday was Russel's Traveling Kitchen, but they have a rotating schedule that you can check out to see who may be serving there every day.

PRIM N PROPER & HALLMARK HOLIDAY

I like fruity drinks...and as of late, I've been introduced to some really interesting flavors that I crave. I tried two different beverages while I was at Blackstack, and they were both amazing.

PRIM N PROPER

The PRIM N PROPER is featured above. It was a fruited Imperial Gose, blended with pineapple, passionfruit, pink guava, blackberries and red currants, with a touch of sea salt and milk sugar. Also, I thought the little glass it came it was super cute. It had a 4.2 rating out of 75 reviews. I loved it. I wanted it for breakfast this morning.

HALLMARK HOLIDAY

I have to say the Hallmark Holiday was my favorite of the two; simply because it had a tart ending. Sweet and tart and was made with passionfruit, raspberry, but then they added rose petals, and hibiscus and a touch of milk sugar. It had almost 4 stars and around 42 reviews. I think I liked it better, because I've never tasted some of those flavors...it's not like I'm eating flowers for lunch everyday...but maybe I should start.

BLACKSTACK IN ST CLOUD

The good news is; I don't have to drive all the way to St. Paul everyday if I want the experience again. Westside Liquor in St. Cloud offers Blackstack at select locations.
