According to an online weather almanac, yesterday in St. Cloud we saw a high of 40 degrees, we saw a mix of clouds and sun, but there was plenty of wind early on in the morning as we saw gusts as high as 35 mph, with sustained winds of 25 mph out of the Northwest.
