How would you like a unique dining experience this weekend? How about "Dinner on the Farm" Sunday, June 13th, at Iron Shoe Farm in Princeton, Minnesota?
Iron Shoe Farm is located at 31548 136th Street NW, Princeton, MN 55371. Farmer Carla Mertz of Iron Shoe Farm, raises lots of animals, including grass fed Herford Beef cattle, pastured chickens, Muscovy ducks, and pastured Mangalitsa pigs.
In addition to the animals, Carla also grows edible flowers, microgreens, and seasonal produce.
This Sunday, June 13th, you are in for a special treat. You can purchase tickets for a great event, featuring a delicious and memorable 3 course menu, created by some talented local chefs including Lachelle Cunningham of Chelle's Kitchen in Minneapolis, Matthew Jensen of La Ferme in Alexandria, and Anne Andrus of Honey & Rye in St. Louis Park.

Tickets for this event have been extended through Wednesday this week, so get your tickets while you can. You won't be able to get tickets the day of, as they have to prepare for their guests of course. Proceeds from the sales of tickets for this event will go to the Minnesota Farmers Union Scholarship Fund.
