The COVID-19 pandemic has impacted every corner of society. In an effort to help area parents in need keep diapers on their kiddos, Operation Baby New Year is having an emergency diaper drive in St. Cloud.

Their annual diaper drive takes place over the holidays, but due to the pandemic there is an increased need, and local businesses wanted to band together to help out our neighbors.

Now through the end of August, you can donate packages of diapers at these local businesses:

Beaver Island Brewing is also hosting a Tending For a Cause event to support Operation Baby New Year on Wednesday, August 19th from 5 pm - 7 pm.

Enjoy a free pint or $5 off a growler with an in-person diaper drop-off. $1 from every pint sold will go directly to Operation Baby New Year. Now that's something that doesn't stink!

There will be live music at the event as well from Alexander Craig, and the Planters Peanutmobile will be in the parking lot to get an up-close look at. Find more information and updates on the event here.
