Costco Says Social Media $75 Coupon is a Scam

Have you received a $75 Coupon on your Facebook page, or other social media source saying it's from Costco? Encouraging you to share the coupon with your friends?

Costco says this is a scam, and encourages their shoppers to stop sharing the coupon, as it was not sent out by their company.

Costco has apparently been the target of other offers like this in the past as well. This particular offer tells readers that everyone who shares the coupon will receive a $75 coupon; if you think you've stumbled onto something that sounds too good to be true; You are right.  They might have some great deals; but this one is NOT part of their program.
