A cable company caused massive accidents while repairing service on a utility pole during icy conditions. Watch how they could care less as people are nearly killed.

The video was taken in Indiana, and could easily happen in most any Minnesota neighborhood. Even when begged by local residents to put more warning cones up, the workers recited what "the minimum law" was and that they aren't the cause for the accidents.

They may be within the law with how they've put their cones out, but obviously can see that in the conditions of the road, location of their trucks on the roads, and what keeps happening with vehicles trying to stop because of this...they should have gone the extra steps to ensure safety outside of the minimum law in my opinion.

The careless response of the workers is what has me shaking my head. The police were called and showed up 30 minutes later. I'd be curious to find out what ended up happening!
