Owning an ice cream shop seems like a dream come true. If you've always wanted to own your own business, this might be a great opportunity for you.

The Dairy Queen in the Rosedale Mall in Ramsey County is currently for sale, according to the site BizBuySell.com. The current owners are looking to retire after being in business for 20 years. This particular DQ opened in the mall in 2000.

The awesome thing about buying this Dairy Queen is, it's in a great location, it's well-known and all of the equipment needed for the restaurant is included in the purchase price. The current owners are asking $149,900.

According to the BizBuySell site, there are currently 25 employees that will continue working with the new owner at this 'turn-key' DQ.

That's pretty awesome. You won't have to scout for people and put in the work to hire a new crop of employees.

We're not sure what the gross revenue was for 2020 or how much they have in inventory. There's currently nothing listed on the website.

For those interested in buying the business, it's important to keep in mind that you will be leasing the building space from the mall. The lease is set to expire on February, 1 2022. We're not sure what the mall charges for rent.

If you're interested in this space, You can find more information by contacting Craig Weber through BizBuySell.
