Wind Advisory Today

The National Weather Service has issued a Wind Advisory in effect through 9 PM tonight for portions of Western and Central Minnesota, including Stearns County.

Strong and gusty southeasterly winds will occur today, especially from west into south central Minnesota. Expect sustained winds of 30 to 35 mph with gusts to near 50 mph.

Use extra caution when driving, especially if operating a high profile vehicle.
