What’s Your Favorite Kind of Fish to Deep Fry? [VOTE]

Friday fish frys are making their seasonal comeback in central Minnesota, but Minnesotans are very particular about what kinds of fish they like to enjoy. As a general rule, I tend to enjoy all fish fries, but there are definitely fish that taste better than others when paired with the deep fryer. Side note, every kind of fish tastes amazing with a hint of lemon and tartar sauce.

If you do plan on enjoying a Minnesota fish fry, remember you'll need lots of extra napkins and extra sauces.Coleslaw and french fries or a loaded baked potato also hit the spot and pair nicely with the deep fried fish.
