The Minnesota Vikings (6-5-1) fell to the New England Patriots 24-10 Sunday afternoon at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Massachusetts.

The Vikings offense was essentially shut down by the New England defense all afternoon, and after jumping out to an early 7-0 lead 00 the Patriots made it look like the field was tilted in their favor all day long.

The Vikings did eventually tie the game 10-10, before surrendering two unanswered TD to the Pats, and there was no coming back from that.

Kirk Cousins completed 32 of 44 attempts for 201 yards, one touchdown, and two interceptions. Dalvin Cook was Minnesota's leading rusher with just 84 yards. Stefon Diggs was the leading Vikings receiver with 5 catches for 49 yards.

Next: The Vikings visit the Seattle Seahawks at 7:15 PM CT on Monday, December 10th at CenturyLink Field in Seattle. (TV: ESPN, Radio: AM 1240 WJON)
