This is The Most Unique Way of Carving a Pumpkin I’ve Ever Seen [VIDEO]

This is definitely not your traditional way of carving pumpkins and it's that I would leave to the professionals.  I don't see myself having much luck carving this way.

Again, I would say don't try this if you're not experienced.  Man, he did a pretty sweet job with his pumpkin!
