ST. CLOUD — There are many things to see and do this weekend around Central Minnesota.     Blue Heron Supper Club

    Don't miss a fun, heartwarming musical coming to the Great Blue Heron stage this weekend. Bingo is a wonderful musical about a group of die-hard players who stop at nothing to avoid missing their favorite game. The show will have you laughing all night. Tickets for the show are $40 and include dinner. The performance will run Friday through Sunday.

    Anne of Green Gables

    You can enjoy a heart-warming performance about a spunky red-headed girl taking center stage at the Paramount Theatre this weekend. Anne of Green Gables is about an orphan girl who has a knack for getting into trouble, as well as capturing the hearts of those around her. Tickets for the show are $18 for students and $28 for adults. GREAT Theatre's performance of Anne of Green Gables runs Friday through Sunday.

    Syndee Winters in LENA: A Moment with a Lady

    Escher Auditorium

    Go back in time with Broadway star Syndee Winters this weekend at the College of St. Benedict's. The star will be performing the show Lena: A Moment with a Lady. The story is about Lena Horne's life in the 1940s and how she was influential in entertainment for African-American's wanting to make it in the business.Tickets for the show are $25, $22 for seniors, $18 for students/staff. Show starts Friday night at 7:30 p.m. inside Escher Auditorium.

    Foley Drum Line

    Foley High School

    The rythm of percussion will be echoing throughout Foley High School this weekend. The MPA Foley Drumline Show is Saturday. The show features 15 teams, some from Minnesota like the River City Rythm group who were a World Championship finalist, along with teams from Wisconsin and Iowa. Show time starts at 6:00 p.m. inside the main gym.

    Buffalo Community Theatre

    Discovery Auditorium

    Join Alex the lion and all of his friends at the Central Park Zoo on stage for Madagascar Jr. this weekend in Buffalo. Alex and his friends have spent their whole lives at the zoo but one of them wants to know what it's like to live wild and free. Join all the singing and dancing this weekend at the Discovery Auditorium. Tickets for the show are $12 for adults, $10 for seniors and $6 for students. Show runs Friday through Sunday.
