For years the US Government has been urging our citizens to put down the cigarettes. They've created days dedicated to quitting, offered free help to quit and even raised prices to deter smoking. What they haven't done is used a kid to drive the point home.

It's hard to quit, I'm not going to say it isn't. I quit almost a year ago and not only do I feel better, things taste better, things smell better and I can actually go for a run without feeling like my chest is going to cave in. The patches worked for me, but there are many other ways you can quit from cold turkey to prescription pills.

Thai officials used a couple of kids in their latest no smoking campaign to get people to quit and it is working. If you have wanted to quit, check out this video - it definitely drives the point home.
