We kicked off what we are referring to as "Meat Raffle Mania" at Rollie's Rednecks and Longnecks in Sauk Rapids.

Long time no see. Well actually it has been about a year, but still, you were missed.

And don't even get me started on feeling judged by how fast my windshield wipers are going.

Typically this time of year it is so far below zero that cars won't start, and we avoid the outdoors at all costs. Not this year.

Either an entire building briefly vanished, or I just wasn't looking hard enough. It was probably the latter. Yesterday I had to mail out a package and run to the bank before hitting up the gym. Typically I'm a Sauk Rapids Post Office kind of person, but with my bank stop also on the to-do list, I figured it would be easier to go to the Sartell location...
