It's almost time for fair season to start with the Benton County Fair about two weeks away, and the Minnesota State Fair a little over a month away. It's definitely safe to say that I've had cheese curds on my brain since this time last year.

It's like Thanksgiving, Christmas and Halloween all in one place! The Minnesota State Fair is underway and I ventured over to the 'Great Minnesota Get Together' over the weekend.
