St. Cloud Brewery Hosting a Beer Yoga Class
Getting into a fitness routine can be hard, and finding a class you like isn't always an easy undertaking. Beaver Island Brewing in St. Cloud knows that, and they are doing something about it.
Pickled Yoga is coming to the taproom:
Give yourself permission to slow down, relax and center yourself, while challenging your body in new ways. This class will focus on teaching basic yoga postures to assist in improving muscle imbalances, while lengthening and strengthening. All welcome, regardless of fitness level or yoga experience.
Basically you get to do a yoga class and afterwards you are rewarded with beer or cider. There will also be some free snacks provided.
Beaver Island Brewing is hosting this even on Saturday February 22nd, and again on Mach 21st, both events start at 10:30 am. Each class is $25 and limited to 16 participants, so if you want to participate it would be in your best interest to sign up soon.
Obviously you must be at least 21 to participate, and you are encouraged to bring a yoga mat, ID, towel, and water. They do have a limited supply yoga blocks and mats, but if you have your own, bring them.
This event is being put on by Pickle Events out of St. Cloud. They specialize in a variety of recreational events such as triathlons, runs, and cross country skiing. They also have years of experience in all aspects of recreation management, facility management and special event directing.

Abbey is on 98.1 Minnesota's New Country weekdays from 2-7 PM.
