Spring Tour of Homes Comes to Central Minnesota This Weekend

The Central Minnesota Builders Association will be bringing the Spring Tour of Homes to central Minnesota Feb. 28, 29 and March 1 and again March 6 through 8. Yet another sign that spring is right around the corner. If you're in search of a new home, the spring market is a good time to start looking.

You'll be able to check out new homes and tour new designs by 19 builders. There are 27 homes on the tour spanning Cold Spring, Richmond, Sartell, Sauk Rapids, St. Augusta, St. Cloud, St. Joseph and some outlying areas.

Homes on the tour range in price, styles, size and location. You'll be able to gather inspiration for your current space or get a good idea of what's out there if you're looking to build a new space.

When you're touring the homes you're asked to not bring food or drinks inside of the homes with you. Please wear socks, no shoes and no bare feet.
