A bipartisan group of Minnesota legislators are introducing a bill that would make it illegal to have your phone in your hand while driving. Some have suggested 'distracted' driving should carry the same penalty as 'drunk' driving in Minnesota. What say you?



According to the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), nine people are killed every day, and more than 1000 more are hurt in crashes involving a distracted driver.

Distracted driving is dangerous. We all need to put  our phones down, and pay attention when we're behind the wheel.
