Savor the Last Minnesota Summer Days with Pineapple Pops [RECIPE]

Summer is ending way too fast. I love this season with my whole heart, and I truly am not ready for fall. So to prolong it showing up (or at least try to) I created the most summery treat I could think of. There is nothing that says summer more than the flavors of a pina colada, so I made a pineapple coconut ice pop.

There are only a few ingredients, and this recipe would be so easy to do with the kids as you savor the last few days of summer vacation in Minnesota.
