What a season it has been for fans of the Minnesota Vikings. Coming into this year, there were a lot of question marks about how the year might go. With a draft 'bust' in Sam Darnold holding the QB1 spot until a rookie was ready and a defense that had lots of new faces, fans weren't sure what direction the team would go—well, almost everyone. Comedian Nick Swardson's appearance four months ago on the Rich Eisen Show is looking eerily correct in some ways.

Swardson went on the show back in August, before the NFL season kicked off and played the 'Win/Loss' game with Rich Eisen for the Minnesota Vikings' upcoming season. Swardson, who is a known Vikings fan, didn't hold back, with his picks.

While Swardson has the Vikings finishing the year at 15-2, the team can accomplish that if it runs the table the next three weeks, he didn't accurately predict when the losses would come.

Swardson predicted the VIkings would fall to Jacksonville, and then to Detroit in the season finale as the team would be 'resting its starters' for the playoffs.

While it is funny to watch, knowing Swardson was putting Eisen on more than anything with his picks, as a Vikings fan I go into every season thinking like Nick does, unable to see an 'L' on the schedule.

Until it inevitably falls apart, which I am still waiting for this season, but as all Minnesotans know we should just zip our lips and enjoy the ride as so far it's been so good.

If the Vikings win out and they DO go 15 and 2? That just might make Swardson into the next Regular-Season record Nostradamus.
