Bad Bunny was recently announced as the next Pepsi Halftime Show performer for Super Bowl LX, 60, which will be taking place on February 8th, 2026, from Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, California. The news of Bad Bunny being the performer has been met with some harsh criticism. In a recent look at streaming data by state over the last year, the artist that Minnesotans would most like to see perform at the Super Bowl is Country.

Country Artist Is Minnesota's Top Super Bowl Halftime Pick

According to the sports betting site, Pickswise, after analyzing streaming data from YouTube over the last 12 months the artist that Minnesotans would most like to perform during Super Bowl LX's halftime show was...Morgan Wallen.

According to the data, "the Tennessee-born country singer amassing 24.9 million streams on the platform over the past year," making him the most-streamed artist, and the artist most Minnesotans would rather see perform at this year's halftime. 

Number 2 on the list was a former Country artist, Taylor Swift. Pickswise stated that Taylor Swift accounted for 20.4 million streams over the same period. 

Bad Bunny didn't make the top 15 on the list; other artists that did make the top 10 were:

Previous Super Bowl Performers Weren't Included

Previous Super Bowl halftime performers weren't included on the list of most streamed, so artists like Justin Timberlake, Kendrick Lamar, the Rolling Stones, etc, were omitted.

Over the last 5 years, in terms of viewership, the 2025 halftime show, with Kendrick Lamar, was the most viewed, with an estimated 133.5 million viewers tuning in.

The least viewed? The Weeknd in 2021 with an estimated 103 million viewers.
