THANK YOUR LOCAL LIBRARY

If you stop and think about it, The Great River Regional Library system brings us so much more than books through over 30 libraries in central Minnesota. Our library system saves us tons of money. If you are on a tight budget, you can get free movies, free music, audiobooks, access to online classes to help with computer skills and office education. Not to mention they just teamed up with Creativebug so you can take online arts and craft classes for free as well. Thank you Great River!

WHAT IS 'LOCALLY GROWIN'?

During the month of March, YOU can give back to the library that gives so much to you and your family.  Which library do you visit? Is it the library in Waite Park? Saint Cloud? Sartell? Albany?

The "Locally Growin' " Campaign is on now for the entire month of March. The March campaign keeps donations 100% within the branch library of the donor's choosing.

WISH LISTS

Each library gets to select specific "wish" items and programs for a campaign goal. Over $20,000 was raised around the area in 2019 to support a wide variety of programs and items.  All of the libraries have their own unique wish lists, and focus on their particular community needs and interests.

To make a difference, you can give to your favorite local library by clicking HERE now.

Some of the cities with wish lists include the following:

ALBANY: Wishing for supplies and prizes to promote reading and early literacy through the 1,000 Books Before Kindergarten program.

ANNANDALE: Wishing to add Try-It-Yourself Kits to their collection and  "I Survived" series.

BECKER: Wishing for Take-and-Make Crafts and Summer Reading Program prizes.
