Mother’s Day is This Weekend and I Don’t Know What to Get My Mom

Mother's Day is coming up on Sunday and I'm stuck on a gift for my mom.  I need your help!

We're taking my mom out on Mother's Day but I still need to get her a gift.  I know, I'm a terrible daughter since I'm doing this last minute but these holidays just sneak up on me and now I'm totally unprepared.

My mom is really hard to buy for because she's hard to surprise.  It seems as though she's seen everything that appeals to her tastes, which makes buying her a gift no fun at all.

I don't want to just give her a gift card because that seems a little impersonal.  I want to set her up with something she can use or enjoy for many years.  I've thought about flowers for her garden but I'm not a plant shopper.  I buy what I think is pretty versus what will fare well in Minnesota.

I could really use some good suggestions.  I will take anything you've got!
