TRADING WINE FOR BEER?

I may have to start drinking beer; if I can remember the latest findings. According to a University in Madrid, they found that having two beers a day limited the ability for aluminum to damage the brain. Who would have thought?

Either it's wishful thinking or there might be truth to some of these speculations.

There's also studies that show drinking a beer after a workout hydrates better than water. Halt: If you are trying to lose weight, NOT such a good idea. It will replace all the calories you lost. Go figure. Beer can't fix EVERYTHING!
