Hard to believe, but according to CarInsuranceComparison.com, Minnesota has the best drivers in the country. So no matter how bad you think it is here -- it's worse everywhere else. How's that for a scary thought? (Buckle up!)

They used data from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) to determine that the worst drivers in the country live in Louisiana; followed by Texas, South Carolina, North Dakota, and Delaware.

The study found the best drivers are in Minnesota, Vermont, Virginia, Iowa, and Rhode Island.
