New Minnesota State Fair Foods for 2019

The Minnesota State Fair has unveiled 31 new foods for the 2019 Great Minnesota Get Together, including Duck Drummies, Fried Tacos on a Stick, and the Grilled Sota Sandwich.

The twelve days of fun run from August 22nd through September 2nd.

In total, nearly 500 foods are available at 300 different concession locations throughout the fairgrounds.

The Minnesota State Fair is one of the largest and best-attended expositions in the world, attracting more than 2 million visitors annually.
