A five-time ACM award winner seems to be a big fan of some Minnesota-based chips. In a recent online video, the country artist talked about how Old Dutch had the best ketchup-flavored chips in Canada. Wait until we introduce HARDY to Top the Tater!

Old Dutch's Ketchup Flavored Chips

HARDY was recently performing in Canada, and while he was taking a break from performing, he hopped online to make a quick video about how much he loves Ketchup-flavored chips, something that is uniquely Canadian. While he was talking about the chips, he was holding a bag of Old Dutch chips, and he held up the bag and declared the Old Dutch version of the chips was the best one.

A Longtime Minnesota Brand Found In The Midwest

Old Dutch has been a popular Minnesota brand since the 1930s, and seeing it expand across the Midwest and now into Canada is great. The chips HARDY was seen eating are only made for Canadians and were most likely manufactured in Winnipeg rather than here in Minnesota, but they're still Old Dutch.

The company has tried a few times to introduce the Ketchup chip here in the US, but each time, there just wasn't enough 'buy-in' for the flavor to stick around.

If HARDY Is A Fan Of Old Dutch, Has He Tried Top The Tater?

With HARDY announcing that the Old Dutch chips were the best, it made me wonder if he has been introduced to Old Dutch RIP-L chips, best bud, Top the Tater? The next time he comes to Minnesota, someone should leave a bag and a tub in his dressing room.
