So how did Minnesota's neighbors fare? Well, other than North Dakota listed above; Iowa showed up at #12, Wisconsin at #14, and South Dakota at #25.

Of course, curiosity begs the question of which states did the worse? The bottom five on the list are: Alabama (46), Arkansas (47), South Carolina (48), Mississippi, (49), and Louisiana (50).
