The Long Drive-In in Long Prairie is hosting a fun themed weekend on May 14th and 15th.

In a post shared to their Facebook page, the Long Drive-In shared the details of the upcoming Pajama Party at the Drive-In:

Grab your favorite PJs & join us this weekend for a pajama party with THE CROODS! (This will be our final showing). Load up the kids and take advantage of this spectacular weather!!

They will also have a second movie showing after The Croods, it's picked out already and it will be announced when they know it is officially available, as studios sometimes pull movies from release.

Gates for the pajama party will be opening at 7 PM, and The Croods: A New Age will start at dusk. For reference, sunset is at 8:41 Saturday, May 15th. The second movie will start shortly after the first ends.

Prices: $8.00 adult, $4.00 6-11, 5-under & pets are free. Price includes both movies, and if you just want to see the second one you are welcome to come for that. The Long Drive-In shared that RV and tent sites are available this weekend. You just need to email to reserve a site.

The Long Drive-In is celebrating 65 years of summertime movies in Long Prairie. First opened in 1956, this theater is an icon in the area, and a place anyone who grew up in the area has fond memories of. I'm excited to be going home this weekend, I'll have to remember to pack my favorite PJ's!
