WHAT TO DO
If you find that you have any or all of these products in your possession you should throw them away immediately, or return them to the original place of purchase.
It is also recommended that if you DO find the products in your refrigerator, you clean the fridge thoroughly to prevent the risk of cross-contamination. Listeria spreads easily in cold environments like deli cases and refrigerators.
Listeria is very dangerous and can be fatal to young children and elderly people, as well as those with weakened immune systems. Those individuals who are pregnant also need to be cautious.
If you are experiencing flu-like symptoms and think you may have consumed any of these products, be sure to contact your healthcare provider and seek medical advice.
