BEERGARITA FLATBREAD PIZZA

Now...that is beautiful...and pretty healthy too...right? This flatbread pizza is as tasty as it is beautiful.

RECIPE FOR BEERGARITA TACOS TURNED INTO PIZZA

My boyfriend Darin makes the greatest recipes, and he found a Beergarita Chicken Taco recipe online from Taste of Home. He makes all these delicious recipes and then sends food home with me. This one in particular, instead of putting in taco shells, I put on a wrap instead...now I want to eat this for breakfast, lunch and dinner!

HOW TO MAKE BEERGARITA FLATBREAK PIZZA

INGREDIENTS

  • Meat mixture from the Beergarita Chicken Taco recipe
  • Soft taco shells, whatever size works for you. I used  Frescado's Flour Tortilla's: Burrito Grand Style
  • Shredded cheese ( I used Crystal farms 3 cheese Mexican style blend with  Monterey Jack Cheese, with jalapeno peppers, muenster cheese and cheddar cheese
  • Chopped scallions
  • Optional: Crunch bacon

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat oven to 350.  Spray a cookie sheet with non stick spray. Place your soft shell on cookie sheet. take a handful of cheese and sprinkle over shell. Take a cup of beergarita chicken taco mixture, drained, and spread over cheese evenly.  Sprinkle more cheese over chicken meat to taste. Then take chopped scallions and sprinkle over the top.  Now if you have a great boyfriend like I do, and he cooks your bacon for you; you might want to add some of that to the top...either way, you can't go wrong.

Bake for 10 minutes...let cool slightly before cutting. I like to put a dollop of sour cream in the center of it and serve. It's so delicious!
