A former St. Cloud radio host might not be headed to trial for felony and gross misdemeanor nonconsensual dissemination of private sexual images - intentionally disseminating images without consent. Aaron Imholte, former Rockin'101 morning show host, hinted at a potential deal during a recent online broadcast.

Imholte is alleged to have disseminated private sexual images during an online broadcast of his morning show on May 27, 2024. The criminal complaint states that Imholte sent a text message during his show to a guest, and then asked the guest to check their phone. The guest then commented that they "like[d] tattoos more than I thought."

According to online case filings, Imholte is still scheduled for a jury trial on May 13 and 14 inside the Stearns County Courthouse.

According to the online court documents the felony charge carries a maximum sentence of Three (3) years imprisonment and/or $5,000 fine, while the gross misdemeanor charge carries a state maximum sentence of 364 days in jail and/or $3,000 fine.
